Your $299 setup fee includes:

• Tenant Screening Setup: Establishment of a screening process for prospective tenants.

• Lease Documentation: Preparation or organization of standard lease documents and rental requirements.

• Rent Collection Setup: Configuration of rent payment procedures and instructions.

• Maintenance Coordination Setup: Establishment of a process for tenants to submit maintenance requests.

• Tenant Communication Setup: Guidelines and procedures for handling tenant inquiries and communication.

Note: This is a one-time onboarding fee. Ongoing property management, leasing, tenant placement, legal fees, and other third-party services are separate unless specifically included in your service agreement.
