Consultation Fee: $49

Your $49 consultation fee is credited in full toward a qualifying flooring installation booked within 60 days of your consultation.

Important Disclaimer & Client Responsibilities

The consultation is limited to 60 minutes and covers virtual consultation and preliminary installation planning only. Additional consultation time or follow-up consultations are not included and may require an additional fee.

The client is responsible for selecting, purchasing, and providing all flooring materials, including laminate, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), hardwood, underlayment, transition strips, trim, and other required supplies unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Our services cover installation only; we do not sell or supply flooring materials. Vendor recommendations are provided as a convenience and do not guarantee product quality, availability, pricing, or vendor performance.

Consultations rely on the photos, videos, measurements, and information supplied by the client. An in-person inspection may be necessary to confirm site conditions and establish a final installation quote. Additional charges may apply for subfloor repairs, moisture mitigation, furniture moving, demolition, removal and disposal of existing flooring, floor leveling, or other work outside the agreed installation scope.

The $49 consultation fee will be credited in full toward a qualifying flooring installation booked with our company within 60 calendar days of the consultation date. The credit applies to installation labor only, has no cash value, is nonrefundable once the consultation has been completed, and cannot be transferred to another customer or combined with other promotional offers unless expressly authorized in writing. If an installation is not booked within the 60-day period, the credit expires.

The consultation does not guarantee a final installation price, project schedule, or suitability of a particular flooring product. Final pricing and scheduling are subject to confirmation of project details and a separate written installation agreement.
