• Permit-Ready Drawing Submission: Coordination and submission of client-provided, permit-ready drawings and supporting documentation.

• Permit Application Submission: Submission of the application to the applicable jurisdiction, where authorized.

• Plan Review Coordination: Communication and coordination with the permitting department throughout the review process.

• Up to 5 Resubmissions: Coordination and resubmission of revised documents in response to plan review comments, up to five resubmission rounds per project.

• Permit Status Tracking: Follow-up with the applicable jurisdiction to monitor application progress.

• Approval & Permit Delivery: Delivery of the issued permit and available approval documentation to the client.

Package Price: $1,499 per project

Important Disclaimer & Client Responsibilities:

The $1,499 package fee covers only the permitting services listed above. The client is responsible for providing complete, accurate, and permit-ready drawings, plans, specifications, and all other required project documentation. Architectural and engineering design, drawing preparation, revisions to drawings, surveys, specialized reports, municipal permit fees, plan review fees, impact fees, and other third-party expenses are not included unless expressly agreed to in writing.

The package includes up to five resubmission rounds in response to jurisdictional review comments. Additional resubmissions, substantial scope changes, major plan revisions, additional permits, or services outside the original project scope may incur additional charges.

Permit approval is determined solely by the applicable jurisdiction and is not guaranteed. Review timelines vary based on jurisdiction, project complexity, and completeness of the submitted documents. The client is responsible for ensuring all required permits and approvals are obtained before construction begins. All services are subject to the applicable service agreement and jurisdictional requirements.
